These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ELDYcare platform, operated by ELDYcare OÜ (registry code 16906702), located at Rotermanni 2, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia (“we,” “us,” or “ELDYcare”). By accessing or using ELDYcare, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use ELDYcare, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to represent a legal entity (such as a care home, municipality)or be a home care provider. Access to ELDYcare may be granted through a contract agreement signed directly with ELDYcare.
ELDYcare is a cloud-based care home management system that provides tools for:
· Resident and home care plan documentation and tracking
· Workerscheduling and shift management
· Securefile and document storage
· Internal communication tools and noticeboards
· Inventory and room management
· Real-time analytics and compliance tools
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features or modules with prior notice, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
You are responsible for all activities that occurunder your user accounts. You agree to:
· Provideaccurate and complete registration information
· Maintainthe confidentiality of your login credentials
· Notifyus immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
In the event of a security breach resulting from the intentional or unintentional wrongdoing of the Contractor’s representative or its personnel, and where such breach causes harm to ELDYcare and/or other users, ELDYcare reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against the responsible individual(s), the management of the facility, and/or any other accountable parties.
In the event of a security breach, we may take immediate action to protect the platform and its users by restricting, suspending, or terminating access to any feature, module, or the entire platform, without prior notice.
